Our menu collections have been crafted to simplify the process of creating the ideal menu for your special occasion. Simply follow these steps to customise your dream menu.

Create your own bespoke menu

At LBE caterers, we understand you may have a specific idea of how you would like your menu to be. We can offer a bespoke menu service tailored to your preferred cuisines, whether that be Asian-inspired, British, Mediterranean, Lebanese and many more.

We will aim to find out a little more about you, your likes/dislikes, types of food you like and your influences, so that we can create your own unique personalised menu.

How it works

  1. Select a menu collection that works for you and
    your budget.
  2. Select ONE dish from each course to create your menu.
  3. You can mix and match the collections to create your menu.
  4. If dietary needs are required our chefs will adapt your chosen menu to suit their needs.
  5. If you wish to offer a choice menu to your guests, you can select a maximum of THREE dishes for each course, including a vegetarian dish. This will need to be pre-ordered and choices given 4 weeks before the wedding/event date.
  6. Our prices are usually based on a minimum of 70 guests. If your numbers drop below this, then pricing will be changed accordingly.

What's included?

White Crockery, Stainless Steel Cutlery, Napkins Chefs, Dedicated Events Manager & Service Staff.

Catering Requirements

If your wedding is to take place in a venue or marquee requiring a satellite kitchen, catering equipment such as ovens, heated cupboards, fryers, water boilers and trestle tables may be required. The equipment required is based upon the number of guests and the menu chosen. A quotation can be provided for you based upon your exact requirements.

Children's Menus

We have bespoke children's menus available, and any dietary requirements can be catered for. We can also provide half portions of the adult menus at half price.

Tasting Session

Upon confirmation, LBE Caterers will invite you for a complimentary taster session, where you and your partner will have the opportunity to sample our dishes and meet our team. You may sample two starters, two mains and two desserts.

Dietary Requirements

All our dishes are handmade by experienced chefs, meaning they can be easily adapted to suit specific dietary requirements such as veganism, dairy and gluten intolerance, nut allergies, diabetes and pregnancy restrictions. Although we do not operate a free-from kitchen, we can adapt our dishes to create a free-from menu by controlling the ingredients used.

To secure your date, a deposit is payable and a final payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your event day.
