His career took a major leap forward with the launch of Chorlton Green Brasserie, a restaurant that became a culinary gem known for its warm hospitality and thoughtfully crafted dishes.

When the hospitality industry faced unprecedented challenges during the lockdown, Luke demonstrated his adaptability and innovation by launching Choza, a street food pop-up concept that quickly gained a devoted following. Building on its success, Luke founded LBE Caterers, a bespoke catering company specialising in weddings, corporate hospitality and gourmet street food.

Today, LBE Caterers is a trusted partner to prestigious venues, from grand country estates to elegantly converted barns, where Luke and his team bring a refined yet approachable dining experience to every event.
